When you use MaxSim we collect the information necessary to deliver and support our eSIM services. This includes your name and email address, the device model you use to activate an eSIM, payment data processed securely via our payment provider, and eSIM usage data such as data consumption and activation status. We collect only what is needed and do not gather information beyond what is required to operate the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to fulfill your orders and provision eSIM profiles, send you activation instructions and order confirmations, respond to support requests, and continuously improve our service. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only where strictly necessary. Your order details are passed to our eSIMCard reseller partner to provision your eSIM profile, and payment data is handled by our payment processor. We never sell your personal data to third parties, and any partner we work with is bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus two additional years to comply with legal and financial obligations. For guest orders placed without an account, we retain the associated order data for one year. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
