1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MaxSim and purchasing any eSIM plan through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
MaxSim is an eSIM reseller. We resell eSIM data plans sourced from third-party network operators and providers. We are not a telecom operator and do not own or operate any mobile network infrastructure. Connectivity quality depends on the underlying carrier networks in each destination.
3. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely via Paysera (ProcardPay). By completing a purchase you acknowledge that eSIM data plans are digital goods and all sales are final. No chargebacks or reversals will be accepted for delivered digital products.
4. eSIM Delivery
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your registered email address within minutes. You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked before purchasing. MaxSim is not liable for activation failures caused by incompatible or carrier-locked devices.
5. No Refund Policy
Because eSIM plans are digital products delivered electronically, refunds are not available once an eSIM has been activated or scanned. If your eSIM fails to activate through no fault of your own, please contact our support team at hello@maxsim.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
MaxSim shall not be held liable for any network outages, reduced speeds, carrier restrictions, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by third-party network operators. We are also not responsible for any losses arising from device incompatibility, incorrect installation, or misuse of the eSIM plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific plan in question.
