  • Have a compatible eSIM-enabled device

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms and conditions:

  • All payments are due at the time of purchase
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Refunds are available within 7 days for unused eSIM profiles
  • Corporate accounts may have different billing arrangements

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

5. Service Usage and Limitations

When using our services, you agree to:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may terminate your account for violation of these terms
  • We may discontinue services with 30 days' notice
  • Termination does not affect your obligation to pay outstanding charges

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise specified.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify users of significant changes via:
